What we call as the mind is simply a tool. It is the super computer software which runs everything to do with how our thoughts, emotions and bodily processes function. All these processes can be accessed and even altered or transformed using the mind as a tool. Hypnosis is a powerful technique that allows us to tap directly into the mind and make the necessary changes to required to bring about mental well-being or personal transformation depending on what is required.
Fundamentally, your mind can be divided into 2 parts:-
1) The Conscious mind
2) The Unconscious mind
The conscious mind represents you and everything you are consciously aware of, as you read this sentence you are consciously aware and analysing what you are reading. However, while you do this consciously there is another part of the mind the 'unconscious' mind which is also observing in the background.
This is the part of the mind that is extremely intelligent, it runs countless processes in your body. Right now as you read this your heart is beating isn't it? You do not consciously beat your heart to keep yourself alive do you? Some 'other' part of you is beating your heart for you. This is your unconscious mind. What is very profound though is that while you read this your unconscious mind is also controlling your blood pressure, Carbon dioxide levels, Oxygen levels, Blood PH levels, Digestive processes, Cell division and an innumerable amount of other processes which are all being done simultaneously by this incredible part of the mind.
The unconscious mind is the software that runs 'you'. Hypnosis is a tool that you can use to learn to tap into the unconscious mind and therefore make profound and long lasting changes within yourself.
Regardless if it is pain, anxieties, overthinking, insomnia, addictions, habits, depression or phobias these are all produced and controlled by the mind.
Using hypnosis we can access the unconscious mind and make the necessary changes for your inner well being. Be it, managing your pain, reducing your anxieties or overthinking, helping you get a good night's sleep, freeing you from addiction, changing your habits to more positive ones or abolishing fears/phobias.
Hypnosis can also be used to empower as well even if there is no ailment which is causing any problems. A lack of concentration is purely because the mind is too distracted by external stimuli, hypnosis can be used to train the mind to concentrate while instructing the mind to allow distractions to fade away into the background. In the same way motivation to go to the gym three times a week, or to do your meditation every morning can easily be elicited using hypnosis. The uses of hypnosis whether for healing or empowerment is infinite.
To be able to perform without any psychological hindrance in our lives is a fundamental right for us all. Hypnosis can be used to heal us of psychological trauma and bring us to a place where we can find peace within ourselves to live a full fledged life.
